Optimizing Music Rise’s Website for Better UX, Conversions, and Seamless Scaling
Music Rise, a platform that empowers artists and boosts their growth on Spotify with 60M streams delivered and over 3K successful campaigns, sought to continue scaling and trusted us to revamp their website. We redesigned the structure and layout with a strategic approach to optimize the user experience and maximize conversion rates throughout the purchase process.
The entire development, carried out no-code using Framer, was executed with precision, paying attention to every detail down to the last pixel.
CHALLENGE
Music rise had been growing year after year, achieving 60M streams delivered with a large customer base and more than 3K successful campaigns. To keep climbing they needed to overcome obstacles:
Barriers in the Purchase Process
They did not have an integrated payment gateway. This generated friction and made it difficult for users to complete their purchases.
Copywriting was cold and not very human
The communication did not reflect their essence as a company close to their customers.

Closer copywriting and more social proof
Texts were replaced to make the user feel that it is a more human company and not as robotic or automated as the competition. We also added more social proof to strengthen the user's trust.
